Matthew Green

Founder

Matthew has spent more than two decades listening closely to people—students, teachers, leaders—and helping them find their voice, their rhythm, and their way forward. His journey began in public education, where he taught, coached, and led in both traditional and alternative settings, always driven by a belief that human connection and authenticity are the foundation for lasting change.

At the heart of Matthew’s work is a simple idea: people flourish when we design for trust, connection, and clarity. With deep experience in instructional leadership, team development, and systems design, Matthew brings a grounded, relational approach to everything he does. He’s helped schools transform how they support students and staff, guided leadership teams to function more effectively, and co-designed learning experiences with the people he serves. He draws energy from meaningful collaboration and is especially passionate about bridging the gap between big ideas and practical action.

He lives in Spokane, Washington, with his wife and three kids, where he drinks strong coffee, reads widely, and believes good questions are often more powerful than quick answers.

Molly Johnson

Senior Consultant

For 20+ years, Molly has collaborated with students, teachers, and leaders to renew hope in their educational experiences.

Molly’s educational path started in Indiana and has since taken her to Washington and Tennessee. Experience in both urban and rural, k-12 and college, classroom and district level work, has given her micro and macro views of how systems work together for student and institutional growth.

Molly brings her elbow-to-elbow, relational approach, which looks like putting on the kettle, sitting together with a cup of tea, and ideating together.

Molly lives in Jackson, Tennessee, with her husband and two sons. There, she is always looking for the next book to read, idea to explore, and art to experience.

Erin Lanigan

Senior Consultant

Erin observes and relates. She’s inquisitive and collaborative. Erin nurtures and advocates. She is a quiet leader who likes to connect one-on-one and will simultaneously engage a room. She loves to listen and guide to meet individual needs.

Erin has spent more than twenty years helping to design and deliver learning experiences that spark curiosity and collaboration. Her work spans classrooms, community partnerships, alternative education, and global professional development, grounded in the belief that people grow when relationships come first. She has built programs from the ground up, strengthened connections between schools and communities, and helped elevate learning through honoring both best practices and human complexity.

At the center of Erin’s approach is a simple belief: learning flourishes when we create spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. She brings depth in early childhood education, classroom environments, teacher preparation, and individualized connection—and she approaches all of it with curiosity and a desire for everyone to be their authentic selves.

She’s a thoughtful communicator, a collaborative teammate, and a steady contributor who lifts the people around her. She loves to observe, to understand, and to guide in ways that meet individual needs. Erin’s leadership is quiet, relational, and deeply felt—the kind that makes learning possible and meaningful.

Residing in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, although her very favorite thing to do is spend time adventuring with her husband, three young adult children, three rescue dogs and cat, if given a few moments alone, you would likely find her reading, or playing the piano or viola.
